AsciiDoctor (the Ruby implementation of AsciiDoc) supports including
content from a URI:
:asciidoctor-source: https://raw.github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor/master
include::{asciidoctor-source}/README.adoc[]
Can this be done with AsciiDoc as well?
