Hi,

The section.autolabel.max.depth option applies to the codbook XSL for
generating FO http://sagehill.net/docbookxsl/FOSectionNumbering.html,
not the private XSL used by dblatex.

AFAICT it doesn't appear here
http://dblatex.sourceforge.net/doc/manual/sec-params.html, but
toc.section.depth does.
