Hi Dan,

Perhaps not understanding the Gradle plugin is my problem, but if the 
Asciidoc(tor) spec says documents are included relative to the document 
including them, isn't that well defined within any tree.

If the jail features translate the tree (like Unix chroot does) again that 
matters only to locating the initial document, included ones are still 
relative to the including one.

The complication really only relates to finding the initial document 
location inside the jail to be used as a base for the includes.
