Hello, I use a2x to generate a man page from an asciidoc text file. In asciidoc-8.6.8, the --destination-dir option of a2x was documented as "Output directory." and it worked as documented. With asciidoc-8.6.9, the documentation says that the option "is only applicable to HTML based output formats". The option continues to work with 8.6.9 as before, but a warning is printed: "a2x: WARNING: --destination-dir option is only applicable to HTML based outputs"
So what is the recommended way to set the destination directory for a man page? I need to support out-of-source builds, so having the destination directory same as the source directory is not an option for me.
