Alex, dblatex uses the package listings (look the documentation here:
http://get-software.net/macros/latex/contrib/listings/listings.pdf)

There is no json highlight for it, you are probably doing this:

[source, json]
----
// json code
----

Replace your codes with just (strip [source,json]):

----
// json code
----

If you really whant json highlight you have to create yourself, this post 
can help:
