I downloaded dblatex-0.3.2 and searched for 'body.font.size' like

$ find dblatex-0.3.2 -type f -print0 | xargs -0 fgrep -i 'body.font.size'

There is no output, i.e. there is no body.font.size. Neither in the source
nor in the documentation.

This answers your question 2)
