The default stylesheet can be referred to as DEFAULT. However, I'm not sure
if using multiple stylesheets works. It would be a good use case to add to
the examples repository.

Perhaps open an issue to alert the team and then work to propose a fix.

The other approach is to use a docinfo file, which allows you to add
arbitrary markup to the <head> element.
