I've converted my asciidoc cheatsheet for github:

It doesn't look as nice as native, and there are number of issues
(mentioned there in comments) - some probably bugs, others are just
because github and/or asciidoctor works in that (not nice!) way.
I'm especially missing highlight for Example and Sidebar blocks,
NOTE/TIP/etc. icons, and ability to auto-highlight everywhere words
like FIXME/BUG using :specialwords: attribute. :(
Probably some of these issues can be fixed user-side with UserJS.
Let me know if you'll make one. :)
If anyone knows right place to report these issues to github developers -
please send me a link.
