Keep in mind, ifdef doesn't work inside include files in Asciidoctor unless the include file is AsciiDoc syntax. That's because Asciidoctor passes through include files unprocessed unless it has a known AsciiDoc file extension (.adoc, .ad, asc, .asciidoc or .txt).
