I'd like to use a2x - not asciidoc directly - to generate all of xhtml, 
chunked, and pdf outputs on a document containing LaTeX math markup. 
Unfortunately the 4 year old link David posted appears dead - does anyone 
know where it is now, or equivalent working examples?
