As it says here (http://asciidoc.org/userguide.html#X74) the "unbreakable" attribute generates "dbfo" processing instructions for XSL:FO processing. Unfortunately dblatex does not use FO instructions and I am unaware of it having any equivalent so there is no way of telling it to keep together.
