Lex, Thanks for your response!
I have found the custom xsl file. I grepped it looking for the word "Chapter" and found nothing. The other thing this custom xsl file does is to import /usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/docbook-xsl/fo/docbook.xsl. I have grepped that file too and am still unable to find "Chapter" anywhere. Are there any command line switches or equivalent that let me see *all* the xsl files being processed? Or if you have any other hints for chasing this down.... Thanks again. You appear to be using a custom xsl file so it probably depends on > what that does, not any default behaviour. > > Cheers > Lex > > > toc.section.depth 0" --fop cli_ref.adoc > > > > Many thanks in advance. > > > > H. > > > > -- > > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google > Groups > > "asciidoc" group. > > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send > an > > email to [email protected] <javascript:>. > > To post to this group, send email to [email protected] > <javascript:>. > > Visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/asciidoc. > > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "asciidoc" group.
