​Yes, but what actually causes the header to be multi-line?​  Is it because
of the vertical span of the "Supplier" cell? or something else? I have
dropped a message to the Asciidoctor implementation since it should stay in
sync, but until I am sure what triggers the multi-line header its hard to
discuss :)
