I pulled from your tree. I can submit the patches to github for you if you are ok with that. I'll carefully retain authorship and commit messages. Just let me know when you are done with the documentation changes and I'll open pull-requests. Ideally make the changes so that I can easily cherry-pick the doc for the right patch. You can rewrite the history if you want.
