First, I'd define the translators using attributes in the document header:

= Document Title
:translators: Person A, Person B, Person C

For HTML output, you'd need to customize the conf files to insert the value
of this attribute somewhere in the document, probably in the [header]
template. (In Asciidoctor, you'd need to override the document template).
For DocBook output, you can just use docinfo.
