I'm going to assume you want to turn on sectnums by default, but disable
for certain pages. If that's the case, then you need to set a modifiable
value (trailing @) for sectnums in the global configuration:
asciidoctor:
attributes:
- sectnums=@
Then you can disable sectnums per page:

layout: page
title: About Me
permalink: /en/about/
---
:sectnums!:
:page-liquid:
:toc: macro
toc::[]
== The beginning
Lorem ipsum...
