Short answer, you can't.

Asciidoc python implementation does not have the ability to stop wrapping.

The Asciidoctor implementation can stop wrapping, but the browser (at
least chrome) then makes the columns uneven, or if the whole table
won't fit on the screen puts the scrollbar on the whole document.
