Eric,
asciidoc is my favorite document markup language. I'm writing a book in it now: "The Programmer's Way: a guide to right mindset". I also rely on it
I am also using asciidoc for a book: http://www.knosof.co.uk/ESEUR
One area of concern I have is that asciidoc.org looks stale. I have 8.6.10 installed, but the main asciidoc.org page is still written as though 8.6.9 is the latest release.
Yes, but it works. I have looked at asciidoctor a couple of times (their website is also dated, apparently everything is now done via the git repo). Last time I checked asciidoctor goes not support the generation of LaTeX, which I use to tweak the formatting. So I have not given it much serious attention, but others seem to find it useful. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "asciidoc" group.
