Without knowing exactly where this repository exists and the contents of 
these files, it's hard to help here. However, the build-website.sh build 
script has been broken for quite some time anyway (years?) with the actual 
process of building the website currently existing on the A-A-P build tool 
that Stuart chose way back when.
