Elisa, It would be best if you asked this question on the Asciidoctor mailing list at https://discuss.asciidoctor.org. This is the mailing list for AsciiDoc.py, which is a different software project.
When you post there, be sure to include the output of "asciidoctor-pdf -v" so we know which version of Asciidoctor PDF and Asciidoctor you are currently using.
