Hi, Say I wanted to write something that is the AsciiDoc equivalent of the Markdown syntax "`span`" which would render as "span" (with the flanking quotes), how would I do this? The double quote-backtick digraphs are interpreted as curly quotes, which is not what I want. The only way that I have been able to achieve the desired effect is to interpose a ZWJ between the backtick and the double quote at each end which seems like an excessive act.
