The failing tests all seem to have a variation on failure to read the
TYPE slot of static files:
Error while trying to load definition for system test-module-pathnames
from pathname /Users/rpg/lisp/asdf/test/test-module-pathnames.asd:
The slot TYPE is unbound in the object
#<STATIC-FILE
"test-module-pathnames" "sources/level1" "level2/static.file">
of class #<STANDARD-CLASS STATIC-FILE>.
