A problem with these is that they suggest configuration of ASDF itself (e.g., like automatically configuring the source file and fasl file locations), rather than configuring an ASDF system. auto-configured-system might work, but still loses all information about the fact that the system is configured by means of its package structures. Based on this, I'd suggest any name we choose should have both "package" and "system" in it.
