On the other hand, since the syntax-control branch requires more screening, can the minimakefile branch make it first? Also, as witnessed by the breakage in: (let ((*package* (find-package :keyword))) (asdf:load-system :fare-csv)) the syntax-control branch needs to bind not just the *readtable* but also the *package* around each compilation. I can do that (in that branch), if you want, my plan being to have a *shared-package* as well as a *shared-readtable*, defaulting to (find-package :common-lisp-user) for backward compatibility. —♯ƒ • François-René ÐVB Rideau •Reflection&Cybernethics• http://fare.tunes.org For those looking for security, be forewarned that there’s nothing more insecure than a political promise. — Harry Browne (1933–2006) _______________________________________________ Asdf-devel mailing list Asdf-devel@common-lisp.net http://common-lisp.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/asdf-devel
