I have recently compiled aspseek and ran index on my site. The index took about 10 hours to index around 60,000 documents. I ran searchd -D to start the search daemon, but when I try to perform a search using the web interface I don't get any results (and I know the words I am searching on exist in the documents).I verified that the mysql tables have been populated by the index process by doing a : select * from urlword , sure enough there is a ton of data there.
Does anyone have any thoughts about what I might be doing wrong or what I am missing?
Thanks for the help.
