Well, we maintain a small changelog in NEWS file
(http://www.asplinux.ru/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/aspseek/NEWS?rev=1.17). There are
also individual file changelogs, like that one:

We are already developing support for other databases...it's not
placed it CVS yet, but will be available from there next week. Later
we will release 1.1.0-devel, for bravehearts only ;~)
