Does the SiteWeight feature work?  I have been adding a few and I can't
seem to get it to work properly.  I'm trying to give my site top
precedence over all other sites.  

Maybe I misunderstood the feature.  I read it as I can set my site with
a weight of 100 and leave all the rest at 0.  I expected that when I did
a search it would always put my links at the top regardless of the
percentage assigned to the link.

Am I missing something?
