How have you created web-spaces ?
Can you provide URL from which we can try to search ?
Check if space files are created by looking at
<ASPseekDir>/var/<DBName>/subsets/space<N> where <N> is 1..2
If those files are absent, check your table "spaces" and if it is not empty,
then run "index -B" to generate files.
