Try to check your MySQL database using myisamchk utility from MySQL.

This can be because of loading the Chinese stuff (that is very
large). Try to comment out these lines in ucharset.conf:

CharsetTableU2 big5 ch tables/big5.txt
CharsetTableU2 gb2312 ch tables/gb2312.txt
Dictionary2 ch tables/chinese.txt big5
