1) See ./doc/unicode.txt
2) In unicode mode you should use ucharset.conf to define charsets to be
used
Take a look at aspseek.conf and searchd.conf is it has line include
ucharset.conf

3) Provide s.htm template with correct &cs value (see ./doc/unicode.txt)
