Grab the latest sources from CVS (1.2.8pre), it includes aspseek library (contributed by Ivan Gudym) which can be used easily to create search frontends. Ivan also made aspseek Apache module available. Look at sc.c sources and mod_aspseek.c sources to get the idea of how new frontend can be done. Also, see include/aspseek.h file which defines libaspseek functions that are to be used.
