db.conf is the file where you place your mysql configuration to.
Script aspseek-mysql-postinstall tries to make all needed things
that are needed to use MySQL for ASPSeek and creates this file.
So just try to run this script. If you have a password for MySQL's
root user set, supply it as an argument to the script, otherwise just
run it without arguments.
