Title: AW: [aseek-users] Does aspseek have a SCRIPT_NAME variable override?

does this links have to be "script-generated"?

if not you can easily set a link to amazon search site with

Books <b><a href=""http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/external-search?tag=YOURTAG&index=books-de&keyword=$QF" target=amazon>$q</a></b><br>

so there will be a link with the entered search query.

if you want a script, that set links based on query you can either write a small wrapper script vor s.cgi or you can set a link like

        <a href=""/cgi-bin/jump?query=$QF">Books</a>

and in this script you redirect to the appropriate amazon page...

Does aspseek have a variable to override Apache's SCRIPT_NAME variable?

I'd like some things to display on the resulting page, specifically a text
link from a pool of links from my Amazon.com affiliate page.

So, if someone searched for "Albert Einstein", I'd like a text link from
Amazon.com directly related to "Albert Einstein" to appear at the top of
s.htm, as a result of an include statement.
