Yesterday, I was doing a test with this functionality as well. It worked.... for a while. I was working with a 1.2.9 cvs of about 2 weeks old. Then i migrated the binaries to 1.2.8 for a production environment test and it broke. then i tried to get it to work again with 1.2.9 but alas it stayed broken. :(. s.cgi gave me a 'Premature end of script header' or a 'broken pipe'.
Going to figure out what went wrong yesterday. Grz Sander. > I did experiment today. I have two searchd process with different database and run >on different port number.
