[If you are interested in paid support, please visit http://aspseek.org/order.html] I do not understand why are you so angry and rude. Anyway, let me explain. No, this list is not costing money for you - subscription and posting messages is free (free as in free beer). This mailing list is dedicated solely for ASPseek community. That essentially means users exchanging users, ideas, tricks, flames etc., all concerning ASPseek. If you are novice user, and find yourself lost, even after reading all available documentation (including mailing list archives, which is valueable list of information), you can surely ask to this list - probably somebody will have an experience and some free time to answer your question. Probably you will receive accurate and descriptive answer, probably not - it all depends on users subscribed to the list. If you have not received the answer, this may means one of the following: 1. RTFM (the question is already answered in manual). Example: "how do I tune MySQL for better performance?" (read FAQ) 2. People do not understand your question. Example: "I want s.cgi to convert URLs to strings" 3. Question is too simple, answer is trivial and therefore redundant. Example: "Can I use ASPseek to build a search engine for my site?" 4. People are not in the mood to answer you. Example: it's Halloween time and everybody is busy dancing. 5. People do not have enough experience to answer. Example: "I am using ASPseek on VAX/VMS. How do I ...?" 6. You are rude to people Example: your letter. ASPseek developers (like me) are occasionally answer questions on this list, but this should not be considered a reliable event. I personally is usually extremely busy with programming (both ASPseek and other projects), reading tons of mail, my family (including two children), and finally beer drinking. -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] 7551596@ICQ [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dream like you'll live forever...Love like you've never been hurt...
