Thanks for your help, but I've never removed sites from index and the sites are reindexed 2 times a week...

One way is to deleted entire domains using wildcards: ./index -C -u http://somesite.com% It will most likely corrupt things (sometimes just hidden corruption). Also some tables are not updated leaving stragler entries in robots table as well as other locations I have found. I had to come up with my own integrity check program for all aspseek removal functions to make sure things were removed properly in all tables including urlwordsNN. I have found they never are so I now use my own method for URL removal.
