I have conflicting sources for this gentlemen, Wilfrid Soucy, married August 27 1900 to Amanda Fournier in Saint-patrice, Riviere-du-Loup. It's possibly one of those transcription error. Anywho, my source Repertoire des marriages MRC Riviere-du-Loup, 1ere Partie, says his parents are Dominique Soucy and Philomene Ouellet. But then, when I go on Familiysearch, there they have Wilfrid as the son of Gregoire Soucy and Marie Henriette Helene Desjardins. Can you tell me who is wrong? And more importantly, who is right???
