Hi again,
I you closely checked the ReportSM-DeliveryStatusArg ASN.1 definition it
has,
sm-DeliveryOutcome SM-DeliveryOutcome,
which is not OPTIONAL. In the decoded files you sent, I can't find that.
Could that be the problem?
