I did just that, and I appears to me that the v6.8.0 spec uses the
APPLICATION-CONTEXT MACRO (just like the OPERATION-PACKAGE MACRO), where-as,
v7.9.0 doesn't. 

As far as I understand ASN.1 (which is not far enough as you can see :) ),
if you do not use MACRO's for the semantics of relating operation/results,
you need to use Info-Object Classes for the same, but in v7.9.0, I didn't
find any Info-Object classes for this task either!! (Somehow my "limited
knowledge" in this area is making me jittery making all these profound
statements!).

Any help understanding the situation would be highly appreciated.
