Out of interest, if that is not in RFC 1212 were *is* it published?

I think the rfc1155-smi and rfc-1212 are both asn.1
modules,and I know the rfc1155-smi module.but where is
the module of rfc-1212? anyhow,I couldn't find it in
rfc 1212.
Is there anything i misunderstand?
