Hi,

I am currently implementing the SUPL (Secure User Plane Location)
protocol which uses ASN.1 Basic PER encoding.
Here, I have a requirement to encode MSISDN ( +919845026098 ) in 4
octects.

Since I am new to this ASN.1 encoding, I am not very clear how this can
be done.
Can anyone explain me how this can be done.

To know how you should encode a particular ASN.1 type using PER
encoding, you should know precisely the ASN.1 type definition,
including applicable constraints.

Could you please provide an excerpt from SUPL which describes
the MSISDN type?
