Hi,
I am using MAP and CAP protocols and i am very new to these protocols.If i want to encode the MAP/CAP protocols.i have to use TLV(Tag Value Length) format.
I want to know that how can i encode each and every parameters and i dont know how they are giving TAG value for each parameter.So give me the procedure that how are we use the TLV for encoding.
Please consider my problem and let me know the procedure to do the thins properly.If there is any document.please forward to me.
