Venkat, The ANSI version is available here: http://www.3gpp2.org/Public_html/specs/N.S0005-0_v1.0.pdf You'll be dissapointed to learn however that in the ANSI specification of MAP there is no ASN.1 as such. You'll have to write your own from the specification. It's quite doable however.
