[ASN.1] per encoding

Hi ,
     I am trying to prepare data for a particular ASN.1 PER encoding . But i am
facing problems for encoding the         following

     TGD  ::=  INTEGER (0|15..269)

     in the above case what would be the range
     Please note that i am considering the ALLIGNED PER encoding.
