Well .... I give one fairly often!
There is a "public" version in London that seems to get cancelled rather
too frequently for lack of interest, and an on-site version (two or
three days) that runs on-site for a variety of companies on-demand.
Mail me if you want more details. It is organised by Phillips, and does
not run cheap!
