[ASN.1] Building an Application example

I have tried to use the Building an Application example on Sun Solaris 5.3
platform.

The program doesnt work because the ossinit function returns the error code 20.

SInce the control table pointer is NULL i have tried to set it

void *bcas = (void *)&myCard;

This imporvement causes the return error code 7 of ossinit function
