The mail that you have sent to the ASN.1 mailing list was never received
by [EMAIL PROTECTED] In checking our support log I see that the only email
received by [EMAIL PROTECTED] from you was sent on December 26th, but did
not leave the sending machine until January 10th, and was responded to in
less than two hours on January 10th. Notice that your email header from
December 26th shows that after you sent the mail it was queued on the
Envilogg system whose IP address is 192.168.0.43 until January 10th when
it was finally forwarded to the Envilogg system whose IP address is
195.178.181.169, which within a few minutes forwarded it to oss.oss.com.

As I said, the message that you sent to the ASN.1 mailing list today did
not reach OSS until now (and only via [EMAIL PROTECTED]). Please always send
OSS-specific support questions to [EMAIL PROTECTED], not the ASN.1 mailing
list. If you find that a day has gone by and you have not received a
response please phone OSS tech support at 1-732-302-9669 x-1 any time day
or night, seven days a week. We typically respond to support questions
within a few hours, so if you have not gotten a response within a day it
is very likely that your mail has gone astray as the above did.

You will shortly get a response from OSS tech support on the substance of
your question.
