[ASN.1] BER Encoding

Hi All,
     Can some guide me about the encoding of the following asn.1 spcification

eventSpecificInformationBCSM [2] CHOICE {

oAnswerSpecificInfo [5] IMPLICIT SEQUENCE {},

}

In this case will the encoding for context specific tag 5 ..will it be
constructed or primitive
