I am looking for a list of applications that use unaligned PER. I am
interested to see what type of applications justify the need for this kind
of misalignment over the aligned variant. What type of network
bandwidth/latency are typically used and on what kind of data?
Any information from users of this specific encoding rules would be much
appreciated.
