The ASN.1 spec you are trying to compile has not been syntax checked
and does not appear to be complete.  For example, it contains the
likes of:

    ainOperationsObjectIdentifier OBJECT IDENTIFIER ::= ? --not yet defined

and:
        FROM AIN-Errors (ainErrorsObjectIdentifier}

I strongly suggest that you have the ASN.1 modules corrected by the
folks responsible for their maintenance, for with some of the errors
in the module I don't see any way for you or anyone else other than
the authors to correct them in a way that ensures interoperability.
